Dr. Frank Däbritz
Dr. Frank Däbritz studied chemistry at TU Dresden and as completed his diploma thesis in organic chemistry on the topic ‘Synthese von in-Phosphan-Makrobicyclen und Untersuchungen zur Reaktivität der in-Funktion’. Subsequently, he did his doctorate in the field of macromolecular chemistry with the thesis ‘Hyperstern-Polymere – Ihre Synthese, Charakterisierung und Anwendung als Reaktivbinder in Photo- und Thermolacken’ at the Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research in Dresden.
He then worked as a project manager in various chemical and biotech companies – namely, a manufacturer of active pharmaceutical ingredients in Dresden, a drug development partner in Hamburg and a biotech company in Berlin in the field of cell line development.
Since 2018, Frank performs the patent attorney training program at Kailuweit & Uhlemann. As part of his training, he studies ‘Law for Patent Attorneys’ at the Fernuniversität Hagen and is going to complete a two-month legal internship at the 15thcivil senate of the Hamburg Regional Court. His working languages are German and English.
