Daniil Fandyeyev studied mechanical engineering at TU Dresden. During his studies, he completed a six-month internship at MAHLE Behr and, after the internship, worked as a student trainee at FSD Fahrzeugsystemdaten while continuing his studies.
He wrote his thesis at TU Dresden in cooperation with FSD Fahrzeugsystemdaten, where he focused on evaluating the driving behavior of automated vehicles using artificial intelligence.
After completing his thesis, Mr. Fandyeyev began working as a patent attorney trainee at the patent law firm Kailuweit & Uhlemann in September 2025. He primarily supports the patent attorneys in the field of mechanical engineering, in particular with novelty searches, the preparation of examination reports, the preparation of patent and utility model applications through to their grant, as well as in patent infringement and opposition proceedings.
